# 3月11日：信息update&过度恐慌&生活记录 \[by Leslie]

1.疫情之下

    取消了本来跟小伙伴约好的火锅局，也劝退了某个明天打算去做面部护理的小伙伴。（此时让我想到那个犹豫要不要取消春假行程的自己，对待别人的事情上更容易分出轻重缓急，到自己反而因为考虑的更多而纠结犹豫。）大家还是少出门少接触，做好防护

    波屯各地的学校纷纷改成网课，希望铁头王院校也早日退赛🙏

-过度恐慌

    在大家关注疫情的时刻，当官方都不提倡戴口罩，呼吁勤洗手，身边可能也没有感染的案例的时候，很多人也提到了过度恐慌的问题。什么是度，可能没办法给出一个具体的线。但是做好个人防护，出门尽量戴口罩，多洗手，少跟人接触我觉得是应有的防护。首先这是一个关乎性命的事情，值得每个人认真对待，每一个数字背后都是活生生的人呐；目前查到一些资料说是免费testing和trwatment（此处感谢Nan提供的资料），但是具体情况没有确认，不知道这边具体需要走的流程和花费，还是不要冒这个风险；对于经历过关注国内疫情的发展，关心劝告过国内家人的我们，也更明白需要做些什么，不要对自己的事情犯糊涂，也不要让关心我们的人担心。

2.《Rango》

      宅在家看了这部2011年的动画片，是一部西部片题材，讲的是一个养在玻璃里的蜥蜴不小心掉在了沙漠里，开启了一段冒险故事。个人感觉除了整体剧情的一点点不完整，里面独立剧情的精彩，西部感满满的画面和配乐，“People have to believe in something”的信仰追寻，吹嘘虚假事迹无意中成为英雄警长最后又成为真英雄的Rango，“who am I”的灵魂拷问和自我探索，“Control the water, and you control everything ”的内涵。值得一看～

3.小分享

   分享来自丽雯姐的几句话。“我最近对于分享的感受是：我分享的越多，其实是我受益的越多。”“从一开始的自卑，到现在的自信，我用了6年的时间。幸好没有放弃，相信自己最重要和最幸福的一件事。” 希望给大家勇气和信心去分享互助共赢，去相信自己坚持做正确的事🙏
